Doug.  I've lived in Echo Park, California for 26 years, but I grew up in the Colorado Rockies. I spent a lot of time as a little boy looking at things up close and never failing to marvel at the experience.

These images are unaltered from the way my sensor records them, including cropping (with a few exceptions), outside of the same sorts of things I would do in the darkroom 25 years ago: dust spotting; exposure; contrast, etc.  No layers, no color craziness.  What you see here is what I saw.
